Cris Cardenas, Broker-Owner of Cardenas Larocca Real Estate, brings 20+ years of experience in South Florida real estate, specializing in multifamily, condos, single family homes, property management and retail.
Co-Founder
Carlos's origins are in valuation and research, having been owner of a successful appraisal practice since 2004. Data-driven, with an eye for research, the decision to become a Real Estate Broker was simple.
